I called Chicago Motor Cars in late June or early July and if I recall correctly they were asking $275k…..thanks but no thanks.

Looks like a fine example. The price seems attractive for this nicely built, under 10k -mile, GT3 Touring ? I wonder how the market evolves on these cars, but likely to hold (or gain) value, even if the economy turns for the worse (?)

Keep in mind that there are no manual 2025 992.2 cars and all the 2024 GT3 allocations were given out a while back. Anyone looking for a manual GT3 will have very few options going forward. Most of the owners of 991.2 Tourings realize how special these cars are. I thought the 992 GT3 would make me forget about the 991.2 Touring that I sold, it actually made me search out a replacement 991.2. It will be very hard for me to part with this one…

I shopped 3 pedal GT3s from April 2022 to July 2023, but have not been paying as much attention since buying mine last year. I share these links when my old saved searches pop them up, and this build would have 100% done it for me when I was in the market. That said, my recollection as of a year ago is that $45k over sticker would have been for a very unique build or a delivery mileage car, and this car would have been more like $30k over at that time. I certainly don’t mind seeing Tourings hold their value and/or go up. There are always the arguments that Porsche doesn’t tend to make the newer (992) cars worse, or that the 991 is a “tweener“ with the last Metzgers on one side and the first double A-arms on the other, but to me, <750 cars for North America of a classically shaped, fast, fun, practical, 9000 rpm screamer is a good choice to own and enjoy without feeling that the bottom will fall out of the market.

It is a car originally from Canada. CarFax shows it as such.
