Default 440 SCAN ANTENNA DIVERSITY on GT3

Hello,
Later this week I am going to look at a 991 GT3 here at the local (Estoril) Porsche dealership. I have noticed that it has an antenna on top.
Is this the 440 SCAN ANTENNA DIVERSITY ?
Is this a common option? I have not seen a GT3 with an antenna before..

must be an EU/RoW option if in fact its an OEM option at all... never seen this on a GT3 here in the US or Germany for that matter...

it looks as though its in the same location as the satellite antenna we have here in N.A ... but that's a "wart" and not "twiglet"

Thanks,
I guess I'll see this week. The market is tiny here, so not much to choose from.
I looked into importing a car from DE. but the Portuguese IMT tax was cost prohibitaive. (€16,000)

"wart" and not "twiglet" ?

wart is the common term for the antenna on GT3's and other P-cars (its a small plastic "box") ... and a "twiglet" is what this car seems to be sporting...

I think I'd (personally) rather have a wart than a twiglet!

I have owned 6 GT3's and no warts....
I should have imported my '19 RS Weissach tax free when I moved here last year...
The cars here leave a lot to be desired and are very expensive (991.2 RS sells for €310K +)

probably due to lack of sat. radio? here in US SirrusXM have got pretty much all the man. to include sat. radio and expose an ant, of some form.

Thanks! I really appreciate the help
Can you remove the antenna and just have the small "wart" ?
Is there a kit of some sort?

I dont know ... I have never seen a setup like that before ... in my ignorance, I suspect that isn't an OEM antenna... good luck!

I was informed by the salesman that the antenna “was a cosmetic item and already has been removed”
