Correct spark plugs?

Why does it seem like every site lists different part numbers for spark plugs for my 2016 gt3?
Anyone know the proper part for plugs in a g motor? (Bosch)

You’re supposed to change plugs every 2 years. Do they give you free new ones, even if they’re not defective after 2 years?
