Default Max temps

Driving home, got stuck in traffic, only about 21 degrees Celsius, about 70 degrees farenheit in the UK and wet. Both oil & water temp went over 100 deg C (212 Farenheit).

Never seen it that high, is this normal or do I have an issue??

Normal, I have reached that temperature many times in traffic.

I find if I leave my A/C on all the time, the temps never get that high, as the fans continuously run.

Very normal. Oil temps over 212 F burn off moisture and ok to 230 and maybe a little more. Water temps 195-215 F are fine.
