Default Advice on mag wheel fitment on 991.2 GT3 touring

Quick question that I can’t easily find the answer to: can I fit the following wheels on my 991.2 GT3T? If so, what size tires would I need to run?

Porsche OEM Weissach Package Magnesium wheels for 991.1 and 991.2 GT3RS and GT2RS
.

9.5 x 20, ET 50
12.5 x 21, ET 48

I have seen that fitment on a 991.2gt3, but they had to fit ps4 tyres, as they were slightly narrower than cup2's, which may scrape the arches.

Bearing in mind track drive gt3rs (.1 version) have been known to need more arch rolling for tyres to not scrape, I would think there is a fair chance driven hard you would encounter problems.

You can get aftermarket BBS magnesium wheels correctly sized for the GT3 though.

We fit these on a GT3 Touring w 265 30 20 and 325 25 21. No rubbing and the car was very low....is it correct and proper...well no. Is the ride bumpy sure is. Does it fit yes it does.

Here is an exsmple of FI-r in same spec 20x9.5 et50 and 21x12.5 et48. W 2663020 and 3252521

We have 20/21 BBS Motorsport Magnesium in stock in Satin Platinum as well as Motorsport Gold. We also have 20/20 FI-R for GT3 fitment and 20/21 FI-R for RS Fitment......lots of options

There is also a 20" version in forged aluminum which is better suited for the GT3 application in 20 x 9 and 12. We have some due in the next few weeks (finally)

The 20" Magnesium for GT3 is amazing and is a 6 spoke however we just sold the last set. We had the last 5 sets. Unsure of when we will see more.

Couldnt agree more. 20/21 just because it "fits" doesnt make it right. We have talked so many out of this.

We love 19" on 991 GT3 and GT3RS's .. some quick pics!

Another vote for the BBS. I did not go with the magnesium because I'd be stressed about curbing a $20K set of wheels...

Got them from SP as well, great experience!

Looking great!

Few RE-MTSP 20” forged aluminum sets due in to us within the next few weeks (finally been waiting a long while!)

Cool

These look pretty, definitely less stress.

Are RE-MTSP Aluminum made in GT3RS fitment? What would a set in Satin Black cost?

Unfortunately, they are not made for the RS fitment in the forged aluminum since they already offer them in magnesium. Perhaps FI-R instead?
