At BBi Autosport, we recently installed a BBi Autosport StreetCup Roll Bar and Schroth Racing Harness Safety Package into a Black Porsche 991.2 GT3 RS. The roll bar was custom coated in a striking Lizard Green powder coat color to match the accent and stitching of the vehicle's interior.
The StreetCup Roll Bar is designed for maximum protection during a rollover while minimizing weight. The sleek design perfectly complements the aggressive lines of the Porsche 991.2 GT3 RS and provides optimal mounting locations for seat belts and harnesses.
The Schroth Racing Harness is a 6-point harness system that keeps the driver and passenger securely in their seats during aggressive driving and provides maximum protection in the event of an accident. BBi Porsche 991 GT3/ GT3RS / Cayman GT4 Sub-Strap Mount
This bracket is required to install 6-point race harnesses when equipped with optional Sport Bucket seats. This bracket bolts directly to the seat and keeps the harnesses at the proper 10-20° angle regardless of the seat position.

BBi Harness Install Kit
BBi Harness Install Kit included extended bolts to properly accommodate the OEM seat belts and racing harnesses at the factory mounting locations on the 991 GT3 / 981 GT4 Sport Bucket Seats. This kit features metal sleeves around the bolts so that the belt brackets can pivot freely on the bolt. Sold as a kit per seat.

BBi Porsche 991 GT3/ GT3RS / GT2 RS Harness Bar
- 1.75” x 0.095”, 1.5” x 0.083” high-strength seamless tubing utilized for excellent strength-to-weight ratio
- TIG welded and utilized “X” braces on front and rear sections for superior strength and rigidity
- Mounts to frame structure (utilizing factory bolts) to provide the strongest mounting points and maximum protection
- Utilizes laser cut mounting plates & inner diameter tube clamps that are CNC turned and milled for a precise fit
- Designed to work with stock seats or any aftermarket seats on the market
- Allows full-seat travel to accommodate taller drivers
- Can be used with stock seat belts or 6-point harnesses for track use
- Designed to work with wrap-around style harnesses while optional eyelet bolt provisions are available for clip-in harnesses
