I’ve heard both opinions on this. Guessing some people might have a worry that if the original side script yellows or bubbles then the entire PPF won’t have to be removed. Curious to hear what those who have the original CXX side script from
factory opted to do.

I recently PPF'ed my whole GT3 Touring and re-did the side decal (CXX option on the sticker) and put the decal underneath. The thinking was to protect the decal and keep it looking fresh given primarily it came from factory like this and I have no intention of swapping it out with another color/style. If it wasn't factory, I may have considered putting it on top of the PPF so I have the easier option of swapping out the decals if I wanted to (or go back to stock for myself or if I ever decided to sell the car).
