I spoke to Grand Prix about that car. Sold the next day after the Miami blue almost fetched $300k. I love love love my touring but at $359K and If I didn't already have one, I would be looking at a speedster. I think those cars are really undervalued right now when tourings are fetching close to $300k and above. Something very awesome about that GT engine howling in your ear with the top down on a sunny day.
Speedster’s are drop dead gorgeous and fun. PTS speedsters will sell for close to 400k, which is close to the 991 touring delta MSRP to actual sell price. Low spec speedsters don’t do so well, and a good PTS spec MSRP is around 320k. I’ve been offered 430k from my club blau, but it’s a keeper. PTS cars are low volume and many went with the Silver Heritage livery, and PTS was more limited. Go get you one you will not regret it.
I've kicked around the idea of trading in my GR for a PTS speedster. But in the end I just find myself loving the GR and I'm not even a red fan or a convertible fan for that matter. But the speedster defies all personal logic for me. Best is to buy both: speedster for spring and summer driving and touring for fall and winter driving.

This car was on the market for almost 2 years - all the dealers were asking for $350K and before Grand Prix had it, All Things Porsche had it for sale for almost 1 year. The MSRP was $250K due to all the CXX. Not sure if Grand Prix got their asking price though - did take them 2 months to move it.
Yes they did get there asking at least that is what I was told. Like I said it moved the next day after the Miami blue auction. Also, I want to say the oak green had a price of $250k now it's $299K. I guess these cars act like crypto at certain dealers. Would see the same behavior at Ryan Friedman especially on that amethyst 964 turbo he had. That car would move up and down $10k depending on the day.
Anyway to find out the deviated stitching color? I entered my vin into porsche site and it does show the PTS color but not the deviated stitching color.
