For sure the GT3 is a dream to drive. Just recently bought a 991.2 Touring from one of our forum members to drive in the winter while my 991 Speedster sleeps. And then come summer the touring rests while I drive the speedster. 5th gear doing 55mph? It's such a high revving engine I'm usually in 3rd and 4th all day. I've only gone into 5th a handful of times and never into 6th. More smiles by the mile keep enjoying that wonderful car.

OK, checking in! Quickly approaching the 20k milestone since I try to drive the car at least 2-3 times a week. It's just too good to leave sitting in the garage!
I use the trip odometer for oil change intervals...

Only ~7K for me so far, but 95% have been in the mountains of TN, GA and NC. Probably less than 250 miles total on interstates. This thing is way too fun!

I’ll be there next week. It’s going *way* faster than I anticipated but I’m not sorry.

I'm at 19,8XX right now. Will probably cross 20K at Sonoma Raceway next Saturday!

26k on GTS and 32.5k on GT3 - but previous owner on GT3 put the bulk amount of the miles - good man Josh *previous owner*

I am not the best driver, I don't think I have ever hit an Apex, but the feel of engagement and excitement with a manual GT3 is difficult to describe - I feel real adrenaline still between 7500 and 9k rpm. I often get out of the car feeling mildly fatigued and as if I have accomplished something great - my wife on the other hand looks at me like I am an idiot when she realizes I can not stop grinning

Is your wife in shotgun, or hearing about it at home afterward?

just had our first trouble maker - she is 8mnths old - no more shotgun for the wife - usually after I walk in - sit at kitchen or breakfast table I start playing back the drive and can’t help smiling - completely lost in my
own pseudo greatness - wife quickly jumps in “hey Andretti get some diapers from upstairs”

I've got 52,000 on my 2016 GTS cab and close to 21,000 on my 2019 GT3. I suspect my GT3 will eventually surpass my GTS in mileage, even though the GTS had a 3 year head start.

Picture quality of 20k milestone I hit today on way home from office not great, but compromised quality to capture at proper RPMs for @jp884

Haaahaa! You know I was pulling your leg with my comment right? Love to see these cars driven, still waiting on my PS4S to arrive in order to drive my car hard and put it away wet.

The more I drive this car, the less I miss my 991.1 GTS cab which is a great car in its own right. The 991.2 GT3 is the perfect car for me. Sporty, plenty fast, incredibly engaging and the car (I have the buckets) fits me like a glove. It is driving Nirvana. For those of you who are shopping for a 991.2 GT3 - believe the hype. This car is one to cherish, one to pursue, one to drive like you stole it.

I'm calling BS.

55mph in LA. Where!?

I hit 20,000 on the PCH in Malibu. It’s full of CHP, so I know better than to speed excessively, hence the 55 in 5th. Best not to attract attention to yourself when driving through Malibu, for those who have never been but may visit someday.
