One of my Dealers has a 6spd mAnual 2018 Chalk GT3 that's basically load (190K MSRP) they want 229k.
That seems kinda high, but in this market I have no idea what is good and not.
I was thinking of picking this up drive it for a year or two, then trade up to 992 GT3 or possibly a 992 GT3RS (maybe this I can get on the list to get an allocation since I'll own a GT car,LOL)
Also, has an Akropovic Exhaust which I know are crazy expensive.

Sounds like upper end of market but a nice, deserving example.
If you want a manual, pretty hard to beat that.
If you are indifferent to PDK, worth the money to have the RS. Not far off of that.

My advice is to buy the .2 3RS NOW. While the Audi R 8V 10 Spyder, 718 Spyder, and the 718 CGTS 4.0 are all great cars, nothing compares to my .2 GT3RS for a thrilling drive. When I was in the hospital last month for three weeks following major (non-vehicle) burns, all I could think of was getting home to take “Monsta” for a long drive. Even drove her with a lot of dressings/bandages on which I’m sure looked pretty peculiar. No matter how bad the economy gets, I could never sell that car.
fully track-modified
the bandages I wore on that first drive were less cumbersome than this; pic included to show the extent of my injuries and the level of my insanity to drive at that point in my recovery
