I just had this recall performed. I saw the 991 thread on 911s, but I was curious on those that have GT3s and their thoughts about the upgrade. So far I have found no issues in performance, and the transmission and engine seem to run smoother. It’s only been less than a week driving and I have yet to take it on track, but these are my initial findings.

I have a 2013 S Cab and I've put off the recall for several months. I'm still waiting to see if anyone has done before and after dyno runs to understand what might be happening beyond the revised shift points. It may be possible that Porsche only had to lower shift points to satisfy emissions, but I'd love to see proof. Also, I don't hate the Sport+ behavior in its original form.
