Just put a flathead into the big groove and see if you can pry the one section away from the other, create a more visible channel. If so, then not suitable for 1+ lateral g
There's a safety but also practicality side to issues like this, the latter being you show up to your next track day, they start chunking and you're done. Doesn't sound fun to me.

My big question would be how deep are the splits. Are they only a millimeter deep? Or are they propagating all the way down through the tread blocks? If they're shallow, I would keep using them, re-inspecting after every session to assess whether it's something that's rapidly getting worse or not.

no flat head will not fit through or between grove . Can barely squeezed tooth pick in groove

Then this isn't the scenario I suggested. Maybe you passed over some really sharp, irregular pavement in a construction zone, something like that. If rubbing is ruled out
