Double yellow near miss

Was a few cars in front of the OP
Let's not forget the responsibilty of the drivers to close the gap under yellow. This clearly was not done as was part of the problem. Easy to look to flagged and pace car but many drivers did not follow that basic rule and this incident is a byproduct of that.
