A tragedy. I was lurking in the 992 board, and several there have their car on board, now lost, and a new round of waiting to get replacement orders in will start, followed by another round of waiting for production and delivery.
There are also several cars in there that are already privately owned, some by military servicemen coming back to the US.
At least no human lives were lost, but still a tragedy.

I was talking to my sales guy the other day who lost a few customer cars on that ship, he said that they're going to ramp production in the off hours to get through that backlog quickly.
With that being said - I'd hate to be the guy who had a car assembled at 3am
