Does anyone have any experience with these jack pucks on a 991.2 GT3?

It does not appear as though those turn to stay in place.

Yeah, that does not look like it rotates to stay in place. Might as well just use a regular hockey puck. Been doing that for decades on my P cars. Got that one from the Rennlist market recently. Ehh, not that big a difference from just using a regular hockey puck
