Black is a basic color, you don't have to pay extra for it. It's already 4 years old. You're paying a huge premium for the low miles and the manual trans. Nothing else really stands out about the car.

Would any of you ever buy a GT3 without the front axle lift? I’m seeing a few of these sprinkled everywhere.
Also, I’m seeing a few without sport chrono as well, which, to me, just makes it looks like something is missing. Would any of you get one without sport chrono?

I would not buy without Front Axle Lift, but that's a function of my driveway, and the fact that I daily drive/weekend road-trip my car, so it's peace of mind knowing I can navigate wherever I end up. If it's purely a car to take on a track or fun car, you don't really need it. That said, it'll always reduce your re-sale audience if you don't have it.
Sport chrono for a manual is totally unnecessary. For PDK it would be a "must have". I don't think anyone would view that option as "deal killer" on a manual either way.

I think FAL is pretty much a must for any GT3 that's going to see street duty. I don't think there's any need for the sport chrono besides aesthetics, even w/ the PDK? I have it and like that it fills the spot but... not required for me.

FAL - adds tiny bit of weight. Only thing it will save you is your front lip, but even then front lip will get destroyed over time, and replacement is fairly cheap
LWB Seats - If skinny great, must have, otherwise Sofa is fine
Black - Always classy will never get old, looks amazing clean and gangster. "I don't like that clean black GT3" - Said nobody
Caulk could see this getting out of date, more of acquired taste
Must have without question is FULL LEATHER - actually more durable than the plastic
Must have carbon fiber interior

Neither one would be a deal breaker as neither one is a must have for me. I ordered mine with the FAL for peace of mind, but have never really used it. I've scraped the front lip by not using the FAL on occasion, but nothing really comes out of it. The Sport Chrono is aesthetics only, as it serves no real useful purpose even on a PDK for the 991.2 GT3.

I was very close to test driving that black car about a month ago when it was at our local Premier Sports cars dealership in Springfield MO. I liked the low mileage and the spec but just couldn’t stomach paying that much over msrp with the spec of the car. I know the owner of our dealership well and had bought a couple of my previous Porsches from him. Car was listed at 200 and he would have sold it to me for 195, which is what the car sold for. A sales associate sold car on a Monday before he knew about it so I lost out.
At the time he didn’t know where it sold but I guess its been found! I consider myself very lucky to have not taken the plunge as I found an even more perfect spec for me ‘18 GT3 with similar miles, PCCB, carbon fiber mods, IPE exhaust and headers within driving distance literally a week later. What I would say OP is be patient as the first potential car that pops up may not be the one. For me, the price compared to msrp with the features on your particular black GT3 made me hesitate, which in the end worked out for me. Good luck and at least now you know what the car sold for which should help your position.

Thank you for keeping tabs on this. I purchased a white 2019 yesterday, but in PDK. I’ll have to post pics later. This listing is a hell of a deal now @$195k!

Why is Sport Chrono a "must have"? Its just a clock for most of us, and there are better, more accurate lap timers for those they need it.

Not that "launching" is a must have, rather the ability to achieve stated 0-60 time, would be highly expected feature for a PDK car.
BTW...congrats to the OP on the purchase. Can't wait to see pics.
