Stock is ~23lbs, loud is 26lbs.
Combined with the remainder of the exhaust system, that's what, 55-60lb weight reduction? That's a massive amount off the rear!

@maroli I think it's closer to 75lbs difference on a GT3. 55-60 on an RS. I'll try to drill down on those numbers when possible. Even bigger difference on the 992, that thing's muffler is HUGE!

Two VERY different pieces. One is full race car (as you know), the other is infinitely more friendly on the street, and almost as light. Much more versatile. If you're happy with the crack pipe, you got the right parts in the first place!

Is there a video of the titanium muffler on the car? I want to hear it compared to the OG loud muffler.

We didn't get a great comparison from our testing on the 997. We will have copious video comparisons from the 992 very soon.

It always baffles () me when exhaust manufacturers don't have adequate videos of their offerings in comparison to each other and stock. I can't be the only one.

It's brand new, give us a break ;-)

My goal is to have comparison videos of the Stock, Loud, Quiet, Mini Crack, Ti and Inco mufflers on the 992 GT3 to get as comprehensive of a list as possible. Ideally we can do this with stock manifolds/OPF's, then with our forthcoming header package. We're a pretty small shop, so it's a bunch of leg work to get everything recorded, edited and posted. If that's happening, parts aren't being made! We know you guys want the clips, just have to get the adapters done to get them installed :-)

Just ordered Ti for my 997. I've been happy with the lifetime stainless muffler and temporarily bled my ears out with the mini crack pipe (its awesome just...wow its loud) but I think the Ti unit will be just the right level of aggression/sound for the 4.0 hot rod. Its my annual upgrade for the car for 2022.

Has anyone switched from the regular loud muffler to the titanium one? Curious if there’s a noticeable difference in pitch.
