Question 991.1 new engine serial # sticker ?

I thought I read a post a few months back about someone who had gotten a new engine serial # sticker for the rear engine cover with the new G engine serial #.
However, I have been unable to find that post about where he sourced that sticker.
Anyone know?

I have yet to see or hear of anyone getting a new decal with an engine swap. Is someone making these aftermarket?

Porsche has to make them. If your GT3 was rear-ended and needed a new engine cover, the body shop could get the replacement stickers.
Maybe I need to check with a body shop?

I called a body shop and they gave me the info on a company that makes auto stickers/labels for them:

I just ordered my new G-engine serial # sticker for $29.95.

Does anyone know if there are other locations on the car where the engine serial # is affixed?

They have side by comparisons on their website: http://www.ecsvin.com/compare.php

And the body shop that gave me their info is a verified Porsche and Ferrari body shop.

I haven't actively looked to where the serial stickers are at, but I did notice it in the passenger side door jamb when I was hardwiring my radar detector. Could also be one on the driver's side and under hood too, but haven't actually made an effort.

The engine serial # sticker is under the passenger side of the engine cover.

Thanks, I've seen that one. Just wanted to point out another one I've seen on the car.
