Default My New PTS Touring

I really never expected to make this post, but I am thrilled to announce I just collected my 2018 PTS Meerblau (Dark Sea Blue) GT3 Touring. I am beyond excited. I have closely watched the PTS Touring market for about 2 years now. I pounced on this one as it was priced a bit softer than other similar models. I have zero buyers remorse.

I've been blessed to own several Porsche GT models over the last few years, including a 996 GT3, 991.1 GT3 and 718 Spyder. I have not owned the car long enough to type up a proper review, but to me the Touring is essentially the 911s greatest hits album. Everything about the cars looks, performance, visceral feel and driving experience is absolutely perfect.

I am planning a road trip in October/November to take the touring out for several days on some of the best roads Texas has to offer. I'll be sure to post a full review then about my driving experience and how it compares to other cars I have owned previously.

Congratulations, absolutely stunning!!! I assume that's the one that was advertised here on RL? I took a long look at that one and am sure I'll regret making an offer. I'm just in Dallas and hope to see that beauty someday!

I do not think it was advertised on here. Although, I could be wrong. I purchased it from Porsche Westfield in Boston.

I am actually located in Houston but I intend on taking this car to as many car shows/meets as I can. I hope to see meet some fellow Rennlisters!

Congrats! The Dark Sea Blue in combination with the silver wheels is just stunning. Timeless styling in combination with a timeless color. Doesn’t get much better IMO.

Congratulations on your beautiful new car. You are one of about 150 very lucky 991.2 Touring PTS owners in North America. Glad to hear that you plan on putting some miles on the car. It was built to be driven frequently, hard and fast and I promise that you are going to be smiling ear to ear with every passing mile!
