The sticker was done by a shop, they printed it and toss it on there while doing my PPF on the bumper.

I would say remove your sticker, clean and buff it, then grab the stickers probably from eBay, probably a few incase you mess up

Agreed, looks tacky. Along with side decals, wing sticker, and silly offset stripe seems like trying too hard to make the car stand out. Often times less is more.

And why highlight the 3.8 when the 4.0 is now the one to have?

To each their own no doubt.
The prior owner of my car had the GT3 emblem in red which did not look quite 'right,' so had that reverted to black and did the 3.8 in red to match brake calipers. After about 10 months of that I decided to go back to all black. Super easy to change back-and-forth as you make final determination.
The car is sexy af in most any configuration!

I find it interesting that you ask for help and it turns into something else. For those that did help... Thanks!

Why not just buy a 4.0...problem solved (other than the half a million $$$ that got sucked out of your portfolio

Even though this has nothing to do with 3.8 vs 4.0... I'll buy a 991.2 Deck lid so I have 4.0 and then buy the sticker for it... Cheaper alternative!

Each to their own, but as Porsche owners we must help each other to represent the brand. lol

1. We don't need a 911 to say Porsche on the back or wing or the side, everyone and their MAMA knows its a Porsche
2. Add stripes only to cars you take to the track, otherwise you look little silly at the grocery store
3. GT3 GT3 RS stickers are better than emblems because WAX won't get stuck in the emblems, much sleeker

I wait for the hate mail

It has been on track several times, and I want people to remember me as I go by... This is my third 911, all with the same livery. I am fine with opinions, it's when they get insulting that it makes the online experience what it should not be...

Same. Can't take the credit, prior owner did it, but I do like the look.

Is the white GT3 a smooth sticker, or the raised plastic emblems?
