Default Tire Storage

I was able to find a set of black satin wheels, and they came with a set of ps4's dot date 26/21, all in 99.9% condition.
Question since they are not going on the car anytime soon what's the best way to preserve the tire life they will live in a cold basement for probably next 2 years at least.
Should they be filled with air and if so should be less or more than recommended psi?
Thanks.
