Some minor trim differences, different intake (air filters), and no PDK option.

Owned both - the touring is definitely louder while highway driving.

Track use - very different.

Mandatory manual trans - in 991.2 version. Folding wing vs. fixed. Cloth seat inserts vs ultrasuede. Leather steering wheel and shifter **** vs ultrasuede. Supposed differences in sound deadening. Silver window trim (unless ordered with "black" Touring package). Much more exclusive parking at cars and coffee...

Go for the Touring. Better investment

I am no expert on the GT3 cars but I believe it is now understood to be true that the Touring has less sound deadening in the rear of the car.

I am not sure about the sound deadening. For sure it has a completely different airbox.
Touring has conical BMC filters and the intake noise is higher.

Center lock caps are a white Porsche crest on the Touring and say "GT3" on the winged version.

Differences besides the obvious that actually matter beyond internet lore: No. I had a touring as well. Wasn’t my cup of tea visually, but otherwise a GT3 through and through obviously.
