Hello,
Just completed install of BBI harness bar, Racetech harness and TPC angle bracket.
It looks to me that with Hans 3 20 degree the distance to the headrest is too close. The Hans is rubbing against the headrest and distance to back of helmet is minimal.
Does this look correct? If so, I need something to protect the seat headrest.
I can remove the TPC angle bracket, but think that would make the position worse.
Appreciate guidance from the experts!
Thanks!

(1) Get a Simpson hybrid - if you're going to stay with stock seats - they allow more sideways movement and protect side to side movement far better than HANS
(2) With a Simpson hybrid you will find the the neck lip is much much lower thus removing much of your problem
(3) Make sure the angle of the harness straps across the shoulders and out to the fixing points on the bar is within safety tolerances - this is very important (there should be a guide in the documentation that comes with the harness).

+1 Get a Simpson. I got tired of the way the HANS dug into my headrest and constantly pushed my head forward and put strain on my neck muscles.
