I just received the oil change kit from suncoast porsche for my .1 GT3 and notice the oil filter P/N is different from the previous one.
My car came with the newer G series engine and when I did the oil change last year I got the '16 oil change kit also from suncoast and the filter that came with that one was an OC1049/1 (9A1.107.203.91), new filter that came with the kit is a OC 1049/2 (0PB.115.351)
Are these filters interchangable or should ask them for a 1049/1 filter?

Thanks! that little notice didnt show for me when I was searching around. Suncoast confirmed that the PN were changed by porsche but the filters are still the same.
The 1049/2 and 1049/1 filters are the same as confirmed by suncoast! You must be thinking of the 1049 filters that dont have the /1 or /2. I managed to find my old that I took off last oil change and the opening diameters are the same.
