Default Mileage of OEM Cup 2 tires

Hello
what kind of mileage is everyone getting out of the OEM cup 2 tires ? On 3RS or 2RS cars on the street ?
on my 3RS @8000 miles I started to feel the braking being affected plus the car was starting to loose traction early in the rpm !

Way too many variables and way too vague of a question.

Hope this helps ... Still on the original set on .1 3RS.

About to hit 10,000 miles ... Recently had dealer appraised that I have another 3,000 miles before I should replace.

Street use only with a little mountain carving once in awhile, traveling speeds average 35 mph.

I would recommend you replace them, 8K miles is a lot on SC2s, even though street miles....if braking is being affected you may want to warm up the car a bit more and or check your pads

GT3 here. Had car aligned adding camber all around right after delivery. Did 10-12 track days and my rears were toast by 7,500 miles.

Thats pretty good - I found they heat cycled out after 7 days (~34 HC).

Still had/have tread left.

7500, tops. From my perspective, these cars LOVE new tires and simply perform so much better with fresh rubber. Why waste miles on these cars with anything less than a great contact patch with the road.

I got about 7500 miles on the OEM Cup 2 tires.
I replaced them with PS4S and got about 25k tires on them, including 5 DE track events.
I just put a new set of PS4S on last two weeks ago...

There are street miles and track miles. There's pushing 10/10 track miles, and 5/10 just easy around miles. FWIW the Cup2's on my GT4 and GT3 were both garbage by 9000 miles and that was nearly 100% normal street driving. Horrifying in the rain at highway speeds. I wouldn't buy them again because I don't care about track days.

I've never gotten more than 4k on CUP 2s.. plenty of tread left but little grip when I replaced them.
