Default Alignment Check

I knew my car needed the alignment checked. It was acting a bit off at higher speeds. The toe was off (front and rear). The shop I took it to also did a rear steer adjustment where they follow a procedure. The car seems a lot better now but still feels like it may need more, or I simply am not used to it. I bought it in November with 4200 miles on it. It now has 6300 miles. I plan on going to my first track session at COTA end of this month.
(note that the toe here is measured in mm and not degrees). I did not want a more aggressive alignment since I will rarely track the car. Any feedback is greatly appreciate it.

What could I encounter from the current setup? I've always been told to have the front set at zero.

2.7mm is less than 1/8", so not much. But toe out would cause accelerated inside tire wear. A lot of toe-out would cause mid-corner push as well.
