Immediate reaction would be no.
On reflection, perhaps, if CPO and you intend to trade it before warranty is up. Keep in mind many GT3/RS are tracked, and receive like use or worse. Thing with PEC is you'll get lots of people out for "experiences", so not used that hard.
Try and get a great deal.
