[JayEmm on Cars] How Porsche Are About To Destroy The Used Market For GT Cars ...

As regards the video, this guy's problem is that he takes an opinion that he could communicate in 2 minutes and turns it into a 15 minute video. His McLaren rant a while back was pretty interesting, just twice as long as it needed to be.

Yeah, except when they were both sold in good markets, the 981 GT4 was just as difficult to get as the 991 GT3 and the ADMs were similar as a percentage of MSRP. The difference now is that a) Porsche is building more cars and b) there's a global pandemic going on. And the GT4 has sold very well so far. The cars on showroom floors are due to dealers floor planning more cars this time around and holding out for sticker or better; and most are bloated builds, so even if sold at a discount, the dealer will make more profit than if they gave that allocation to a customer to spec a lower option car. And, if you're following the market, even those dealer cars are actually selling very well. And allocations for both the GT4 and the Spyder are difficult to impossible to get right now. Personally, I hope they crater in value so people who buy not to drive them get burned, but I don't think that's gonna happen. Porsche didn't become one of the most profitable car companies on the planet by being stupid.

Useless youtuber as most of them are, all opinions of which mean nothing. Just click bait again as he's trying to get more free drives and push his content up.
He should stick to reviews of the older cars as I enjoyed those videos, market conditions are variable in each location so his views mean nothing.

Yawn. My GT3RS value could go to zero and I wouldn't care. As long as I can still buy gas to fill it and keep driving it I'm happy. And when I'm done with it and want to sell it, whatever it's value is at the time will be icing on the cake.
