Would it be worth doing a PPI on a 2016 .1 that had only 4,300 miles on it? Never tracked. I mean what would you find? The car is barely broken in.

A PPI is very small cost given the price of these cars, I would absolutely get a PPI. its almost 5 years old and has a few miles on it.

CPO then maybe not needed but you should not take any statements at face value always best to see for yourself.

Similar to others, definitely worth the expense to have a PPI done by a place you trust to be thorough. It has been my experience in these scenarios, e.g. low mileage, you're more likely to find an issue with something you need to inspect in person, which has nothing to do with the mechanical priorities of a standard PPI. Have seen cars with 3k miles that weren't treated as well as one with 15k. You may want to validate it is up to service based on the time vs. mileage too. Good luck!

Another member started a post on rusted center locks. I had the same issue. The repair on my .2 was nearly $4000 at a little over 5000 miles.
A little something you might catch with a PPI.
