I should have added that I have no affiliation with Stevinson. I know the owner. Bought a lot of Porsches and Toyotas from his other stores.
It's an interesting situation with this car. Stevinson has zero money in it. They tried to get $100K over. No takers. Now it's priced at $10K over and still no takers. From a dealer's point of view do you sit on it waiting for the right buyer or sell it at any price? Even if they sold for less than MSRP it's still pure profit.
The Oslo blue is gorgeous. But the blue interior ruins it for me.
Porsche dropped a Speedster in their new vehicle inventory without cost? Never heard of such a thing. Stevenson is offering a $90k "allowance" off MSRP, which they say is $455K? Really now, how generous amusing.
I tried pinging some Dealer advertising online at www.cars.com but the PITA suffering of "cat and mouse" with getting a straight answer ended that effort.
Note to Dealers who want a thriving online sales business:
1. Post photos of the car you're trying to sell (not a photo of something you scraped off Porsche's website).
2. Post the actual price at which you're willing to sell the car (If you want a 2nd sticker, don't post MSRP)
3. Do NOT post an ad without photos (in this day and age when everyone has a camera in their pocket, there's simply no excuse)
4. Do NOT advertise a 911 Cabriolet in the Speedster category
5. If the car is SOLD, take down the ad ASA-F'ingP (put away your fly fishing rod to try and catch a buyer for another car in your inventory).

May be hard to believe but it's true. There were multiple reasons why Porsche sent Stevinson this freebie. I won't share all the specifics but one big reason is Stevinson is building a brand new showroom. Stevinson is spending millions of dollars on the new showroom. They tore down the old showroom and built the new one in the same place. The old showroom had Porsches and Jaguars. The new showroom will be Porsches only. It will be classified as a Premier Dealership. While the new showroom was being built, Stevinson spent an additional $1 million dollars on reconfiguring an old car dealership a couple of blocks away so they could continue to sell Porsches. I'm sure sales have suffered during the process. Porsche sent Stevinson the free Speedster as part of a big thank you for building a new showroom. Here's the new showroom
Maybe. There are a lot of heritage cars out there. And personally I don’t like the full Heritage look with race numbers and white fenders, but possible that will be the most desired variant. Sometimes less is more.
Vinanalytics often does not pick up CXX in MSRP. That interior is big bucks.
They sure do, you just need to register in order to see the option prices.

if that interior is aftermarket / custom then yes it will not be built into the MSRP
Correct sir.

It does in-fact capture the CXX option cost, which can be seen afterlogging in.
I’ve seen that PTS Speedster at Fairfield Porsche (CT) and can attest it is stunning in person. Add in some Cognac or Brown touches to the interior and may be even better. This green really works on the Speedster.
