ya know I remember seeing that type of clip on those vents when I removed them for the sport chrono clock bezel ( to install the leather covered version I make ) but for the life of me I couldn’t remember where I had seen it 🙄

I just realized the air vets on the 911 are very different for the 981.(my Car) Are you referring to the 911 having these clips on the 911 air vents as well ?

I'm fairly certain. My last two 911s had those clips on the floor of the driver's foot well. Dealer said the clips fell out from behind the air vents.
