For those who think the speedometer will be “off” with larger wheel diameter please consider this: try comparing your speedometer to a GPS speedometer. The easiest way to do so is download the Waze app. You’ll find that your speedometer is a bit higher than GPS speedometer.

A few members who have tried 265/35/20’s in the front have mentioned that the two match

Food for thought

Yes, there is a slight error built in. At 138mph on my GPS-based lap timer, the dash shows 140mph. So, the error is pretty small. That suggests that a friend's Manual GT3 is pretty rapid on the autobahn (~206mph indicated). Notice the perfect stock gearing - engine right at peak power at 8,250 rpm :

Please just let @maineman be excited for his new wheels on his amazing speedster. There’s no reason to hi jack another thread. We all know that you are the one to ask when seeking tire recommendations, as you are constantly telling us all what mistakes we have made with OUR choices.

Wow!!! Hard to impress me because I think the stock wheels look great especially is Satin Aluminum.

But these are really nice looking wheels. Me like a lot.

Good luck with these- look fantastic

the wheels look great, good job. but I also appreciate the observations made by GrantG. I don't know why people try to "police" an Internet discussion forum.

We can make them in whatever sizes you like.

Very cool! Big fan of the Speedster but can't help but feel it deserved a model specific set of wheels to help it look like its own thing beyond a GT3 without a roof

The 21" rear also helps to lighten the appearance of the rear end body work which can look a little bulky in stock form from certain angles..

Nice work

I agree. Although I think the GT3 wheels are the best looking to come from Porsche, my car came with satin black wheels. Unlike other available colors, black IMO hides many of the design elements and dimension of the wheel and blends into the tires without any differentiation. I couldn't be happier with the way it came out. The wheels really transform the look of the car - very similar to one of the early concepts. Appreciate all the nice comments.
