Question 991.2 to RS front spring upgrade. Help I've looked in archives

I want to upgrade the front springs on my 991.2, only the fronts. What springs am I using? Can I get away with an 3RS .1 or .2 front setup while retaining my stock rear springs?

I need part numbers as well please.

Spring rate is 100NM on the 991.2 GT3 RS. That is 570lb spring and I believe is a 60mm inside diameter. Since it is a 60mm front spring you could get a set of Swift front springs with a 100NM rate and probably come out cheaper than ordering the factory parts.

why?

The .2RS front springs are over 200% stiffer than the front springs in all other 991 GT3s, the rear springs will need to be changed for proper balance, and the .2GT3 has rubber bushings where the RS has metal/monoballs for the most part. For such drastic spring rate difference (percentage wise), the shocks will need to be changed, as the range for the .2 GT3 shocks won't work on the .2RS springs, not even with a DSC controller, yes you can make it work but it is not optimized.

You will also need to change the sway bars (reduced by 50Nm per mm).............. (as well as rear springs (to 160Nm) and dampers front and rear).

I use the .2 RS springs on my .1 GT3. Works fine. Its a bit underdamped with PASM normal and perfect (also more responsive than with stock springs!) in PASM sport.
You need helpers front and rear (.1 GT3 allready hase some on the rear).
