991.1 GT3RS Engine/Car ECU software upgrades
Its a long time since 2016 and now we have the 991.2 GT3 RS are there any software upgrades out there i.e 9k rpm, rear wheel steering etc that can be applied to the 991.1 GT3 RS, just like a mobile phone has regular upgrades, Porsche has repeatedly said on record, the engine is good for 600 hp ?

There is the suspension software from DSC. https://www.dscsport.com/product/v3-...r-porsche-991/
If you just want to get out of the hole faster, you could get fatter shorter stickier tires, or change the differential gears. The car is going 73 MPH in second gear stock and is drag limited so you might not even lose top end.
Bolt ons might not be too noticeable on the street. Arguably on the track, seat time/coaching, tires, brakes and suspension changes will improve lap times more effectively than just bumping the HP.
Re your comment about raising the rev limiter, you can probably find software (search?) that raises the rev limiter. Certainly the math could make more HP. But consider that 9000 rpm + early .1 engine failures probably had some influence on Porsche's decision to drop the redline on the RS to 8800. IIRC, the .2's might not rev to 9000 RPM in the higher gears.
