Default Opinions on this GT3?

So we've been considering trading a car in for another Pcar. I'm thinking about getting a GT3 next. This one is fairly close to me. Thoughts on pricing? See anything unusual? Looks like the thermostat was replaced and the spoiler was replaced or repaired at one point.
I haven't called the dealer yet, but I'm not seeing white gauges or red seat belts, like they mention.

Gt3 you mean? I would probably swing for a 991.2 gt3 if funds would allow. Imo too high of a price with too many miles on this one.

Good grief, yes! GT3! I'll correct that.

Thanks for the input! Have to chuckle about the too many miles. It's a 5 year old car with 23k miles. That's roughly 4600 miles/year. When did having a super low mileage car become a thing? At what point is it "too much?"

Because we're building a rental home, I'd rather not spend a whole bunch right now. I haven't priced the .2 Gt3's yet. I have a feeling they'll be more than I want to spend tho.

Hahahahha! Wrestling with the sanity of the decision for sure.

What should a car like this be priced at? Anyone?

For a gt car it could be a good thing or a bad thing (miles). If it was used extensively on the track (as 80+% are), that’s a lot of track miles. If it was street miles with very little track time then you are in good shape. Something about the 991.1 gt3 and the motor issues that Porsche extended the warranty to 10 years doesn’t sit right with me. Another good option may be the gt4? You can get a well specced one with less than 10k miles for low 80s.

I had wondered the same thing about the extended warranty. I had planned on asking about it, if I decided to go that far with it.
And you're absolutely right about the GT4. I was considering one before I bought my GTS. I've already saved a couple on CarGurus in fact. That's probably why I had GT4 in my title. I'd been looking at both. Lol

Thanks for your thoughts! Appreciate it!

!
I was in the exact same situation.

Was shopping a GT4, couldn't find what I wanted and bought a GTS out of spite.

Very happy, but still want a MT GT4 or GT3

I would try to find one that is CPO'd.

Don’t listen to the ******* on here, The 911.1 is a hell of a car. Go drive it for yourself and you’ll be convinced instantly.

Don’t be concerned with the miles, your mission is to blow the motor up and get the correct one. Between then is years of worry-free enjoyment.

Personally, I’d get them closer to $115 but that’s all.

Gorgeous car. But I do think it's overpriced, and especially in the current market. Unless you're specifically searching for non-buckets, I'd make sure you sit in both before purchasing.

Probably should be closer to $105 with the miles and sofa seats.
I'd also want a PPI to include measurement of the PCCB rotors with the special Porsche tool.

Oh I had found the perfect black GT4. Same price asking price as the GTS I ended up with. I decided to go with the GTS for the overall livability of it. But I've always considered that GT4 to be "the one that got away! " LOL! It was a beauty!

Thanks for your replies everyone! I actually prefer to have the sofa's. I won't be tracking (or if I do, very little). We just don't have any tracks nearby where I live anyway. At least a 3 hour drive in 3 different directions to the nearest track.

I was figuring it at $110k, knowing that might not be possible, but given the economy right now, who knows. The other factor is not getting what we want out of our trade right now. If I was using any common sense, I wouldn't be looking at all!
