It's toilet paper all over again - oh, there is going to be a shortage of tires, so let's get a few sets each. Except most tires are not even getting used now. Even with weekend runs, it will take a couple of years to wear a set. That's much slower than 2-10 sets per year one can go through with daily driving and tracking. There will be enough tires.
