out with the old...ps2s
Firstly, i hope that everyone and their families are doing well in the middle of this mess we're all in....and that with some luck we'll all stay that way.
The sun us starting to shine and weather getting into the 50s in Toronto.....anxious to bust out the beast!
I've sourced a new set of N2s (finally corded the oem N1s in the fall) and am wondering what people have been paying dealership/top-notch independents for tire installation?
This will be my first tire change and i have been doing my regular service at my dealership up to now (undoubtedly paying more, but thinking that if a problem arises i'd have a more favorable outcome under warranty).
Even a ballpark $US number would help.
Thx and stay safe!

My dealer is $50 a tire. I recommend going onto Tirerack and looking at their installer list, it will show pricing. https://www.tirerack.com/content/tir...tallation.html
Also consider an alignment at the same time. Figure $200 for that.

Can you jack up the car yourself and take the wheels off and bring them in loose?
Once you remove proper care for lifting the car and dealing with centerlocks, a wheel is a wheel & a tire is just a tire. There’s nothing special, certainly nothing that warrants anywhere close to a $300 bill for a simple task, especially given the dealership will typically assign that job to a Jr tech anyway.

I hear you, and i'd rather keep the money in my pocket too....however, have PCCBs and if an accident is going to happen during the process, i'd prefer it to happen at the dealership, and not on my driveway!
