2016 Rs . Took her out today for drive and notice clicking noise making left around 30 mph. So we decided to take car to cuddlsac at much slower pace and hear clicking noise making left and right in circle . . Anyone in here knows what’s going on with noise

Possibly springs holding disks together. When cl’s are loose, the disks separate ever so slightly and clank back together creating the clicking noise when under pressure during turn.
Simple enough to test, while turning in radius, press brakes slightly while turning, if noise goes away, then it’s the disks. Tightening cl’s will help but in my experience, the noise will come back within a few hundred miles.

I’ve been experiencing the same clicking sound from my front left. It had gotten noticeably worse in the last few drives. I could here it at low speed turning to the right, as well as at speed turning right even in the slightest if my window was down.
I decided to pull off the front left wheel and inspect. The only thing I found were that the two torx screws that retain the rotor were loose. Not saying this was the culprit, but they were loose enough that I could rock the rotor slightly from top to bottom/in & out and see it move. I realize this should all be stacked up with the wheel properly torqued, but I tightened the two torx screws, cleaned all mounting surfaces, re greased the nut, and torqued it down. I then went for a test drive and the noise is completely gone!

It is likely the regrease and retorque that fixed your clicking sound. Seems like pretty common with the CLs...

The main culprit is that the discs are not seated completely , a clean to the bolts and a re-torque will solve it . This was a common problem on hellcats and it was completely solved by doing that .

Anyone have this sound on a 2018 GT3? I just recently bought a car that had only 510mi when I took delivery.
When I drive the car and take hard right turns / compressing the suspension I can here clicks coming from the front left. Sounds like this is a similar root cause. I will take to the dealer and have them inspect. (I don’t have the CL tools / grease.)
Can anything else cause clicks (just for my knowledge)
