Think about it. Equity is getting pummeled. Debt is free - going to get even closer to free soon! Use free debt to buy pummeled equity. Debt and equity are tools to make money - neither is better than the other. Depends on the market. But right now you can use others peoples free money to take smaller risks as equity gets increasingly cheaper instead of your own. Debt is the tool to use going forward to build wealth. That will change and then we will convert the debt to equity and increase net worth. This is simple wealth creation. Then you can lower your net worth by paying a high ADM for the next hot Porsche coming out. Good luck!
