Pass on the Auto Dim mirrors and Carbon Fiber Trim. In place of the CF I should have just taken the free leather trim.

The Auto Dim mirrors make wiring up a radar detector easier. FYI.

I substituted a Dual USB charger for the lighter and find it very useful for charging my Cell Phone and Lap Timer.
Also the covered "Smoker's Package" is a convenient place to store my Tires Dust Caps during Track Events.
I see. So my cell phone has to be plugged into the center holder USB for carplay and my V1 goes in the footwell. I don’t track so no lap timer and the caps stay on the wheels. I have a couple bucks in quarters in the ashtray, but parking meters are all apps now and it’s not like I am street parking anyway.

I would add the entry and drive, can’t recall if it was an option for gt3 but I like not having to insert the key in my turbo

Glad I have: Touring (silver), FAL, Large fuel tank, fire ext, Bose, heated 18-ways, freebies (net, smoking, floormats), free interior, LED PDLS Lights

Meh: Silver seatbelts, auto-dim-mirrors, Voice control, Sport Chrono, Light design (Not sure what it even does)

Love the base interior, but I've never seen the "Touring leather interior", and realize I might be in for some envy if I ever do.
Actually - I don't regret a single option on the car!! (I didn't order it, got it with 800 miles on the clock) -

Never would have given up my 991.2 TT had it not been for the PDK GT3- with PCCB

In that case I wouldn’t change a thing on mine, right down to several trips to several dealers to find the most silver headlights possible, the pdls with led. Don’t recall if that was $1600 or $1800 or whatever, i dedicated several days to getting it right as the lock date approached. With 4 dealers within an hour I got to see everything. I debated on the pccb but went for that too because I felt like I didn’t want to skip them just to save money.

so maybe that’s what I’m saying, don’t penny pinch some options off just to save a few grand. you’d regret that.

No regrets. I spent hours upon hours on the configurator. And my configurator obsession and nerdiness paid off.

I am getting close to 400 miles out of a tank, as much as the big tank is nice and cheap, I don’t think it is as big of a deal now that I have it as I did when I was ordering.
