Ouch. Lower than I thought.

That Manheim report is a great 'reality check' I think. It's a really excellent picture of the current market...as much as it pains me to say that...

The price is a bit high and of you look at the GT3 market today, prices are dropping.

Good luck with the sale dude. Don't listen to the guy that says you deserve losing money on the car and how he/she's so happy people are getting effed.

There's a lot of good info here about what to list it at, etc.

That will always be the case....you effectively got a $164K cash offer for a 5400 mile car....I would have taken it....

What the car is worth to you is always higher than what others are willing to pay you - except for brief periods when a new GT3 comes out, mania hits and ADMs are the norm.

If you like the car - why sell it? I think its a cool color and a great car.

If you need the cash - trade it in. In TX the tax advantage price ($160+) will be better than trying to sell it privately.

Here's a similar mileage car with an MSRP OF $185,500 CPO and an ask of $152,500. Which is about the same as what I paid new for my stripper this past January. Wish I had waited.

2018 Porsche 911 GT3 for $152,491: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...aff=share_text

That's my plan as well. My 991.2 purchased new 1/15/19 will turn 11,000 miles this weekend.

The yellow belts match the PCCB calipers.

I can see the madness in this spec. Wouldn't have done it myself, however.

All the Porsche GT and rare-bird resale/auction markets have been hyped over the last few years, and if one doesn’t go in with both eyes open the results are going to be disappointing if financial gain was the primary goal of the purchase. The newest GT models being the poorest choice for no loss “ownership”. Porsche made plenty so everyone got what they wanted, now that turns out to be a blessing and a curse.
