Ouch. Lower than I thought.

That Manheim report is a great 'reality check' I think. It's a really excellent picture of the current market...as much as it pains me to say that...

Good luck with the sale dude. Don't listen to the guy that says you deserve losing money on the car and how he/she's so happy people are getting effed.
There's a lot of good info here about what to list it at, etc.

I think ill I’ll keep this car though, thought I could do some cool stuff with the cash but after driving it hard the past month I kept second guessing that decision. I don’t really need the cash and the value of the car is higher to me then what the market seems to bear.

What the car is worth to you is always higher than what others are willing to pay you - except for brief periods when a new GT3 comes out, mania hits and ADMs are the norm.
If you like the car - why sell it? I think its a cool color and a great car.
If you need the cash - trade it in. In TX the tax advantage price ($160+) will be better than trying to sell it privately.

Here's a similar mileage car with an MSRP OF $185,500 CPO and an ask of $152,500. Which is about the same as what I paid new for my stripper this past January. Wish I had waited.

All the Porsche GT and rare-bird resale/auction markets have been hyped over the last few years, and if one doesn’t go in with both eyes open the results are going to be disappointing if financial gain was the primary goal of the purchase. The newest GT models being the poorest choice for no loss “ownership”. Porsche made plenty so everyone got what they wanted, now that turns out to be a blessing and a curse.
