PTS with true leather to sample would be an unicorn. There are about 40 of those in the US market and around 150 cars worldwide with this combo. The only modification I recommend is to get an aftermarket exhaust system, Dundon or Akrapovic are my two top choices.
P.S. Yes, 100% OEM on my Speedster except the exhaust system.
@unotaz beautiful example. Curious what you mean by “true” LTS. Believe the Speedster came with Black leather for non-heritage and cognac for Heritage. Is true LTS as you define it related to the cars that don’t have black leather and excluding Heritage versions or is there more to it

LTS, is more like PTS paint it’s not a configurable option and it’s CXX all special order approved by Porsche. UNO builds crazy bad Porsche examples that are one offs …..look at all the detail on his car amazing design.
For the speedster, there were three types of interior:
1. Black or Cognac
2. Leather colors from existing 991 colors (eg. Bordeaux red, graphite blue, etc)
3. True leather to sample, which is customized leather colors from Porsche’s entire Exclusive Manufaktur catalogue that dates back to the 1960s.

thanks. Appreciate the clarity
When I was working with dealer and Porsche to spec my speedster I wanted green over tan look. PTS was not difficult but I was initially denied Cognac as interior including steering wheel since it was reserved for Heritage version. I eventually accepted that interior would be black leather but after long build process the final product came off the floor with the Cognac interior and extra leather bits…along with sizable Special Wishes line item. It was exactly as I had wanted. 7k miles on mine so far but since I keep in desert I only can drive it on weekends six months a year when I travel there
What is everyone's opinion on the chrono? I found one that I like but it doesn't have it. I have always had them on my Turbos but I guess on a manual it doesn't really matter.

had it on my gt3rs and just took delivery of gt4 manual and decided to go opposite on a few options just to be different this time, I got the chrono last time and decided I would go "wartless" this time.
My thoughts are the clean dash looks a lot better for driving and visibility for fast driving, but I liked how I could look up and see the time more than anything else and it looks nice too stationary.
It would never sway me one way or another having had both now.
That is what I originally thought but the conversion rate didnt match and the options were in USD.
For the larger Hive Mind - I am about to pull the trigger on he purchase on a non-PTS/LTS and non-heritage wih 500miles but am still a little confused on market pricing. It seems to be anywhere from 60 to 125k over MSRP. What number should I be shooting for?

Every car is going to be different depending on the options. Ideally shoot for the lowest you can go but the dealers know what they have and they know they will eventually sell. Especially if a 992 touring is commanding $100k over list the smarter money is to bet it on the speedster. But what do I know I just buy and drive. Back in 2015 or so I could have bought the 997 speedster that belonged to Ichiro the baseball player for around $130k. Drove it home but wouldn't fit in my garage do the to steep driveway. Was so angry that I sold my house and bought another one the following year with 0 pitch on the driveway. My point is these cars are keepers enough so that it forced me to move from a house I loved.

Thank you and it good to see someone else from the Seattle area!
