So the way TUV approval works is each individual wheel and size has to be approved. Although Vossen has a TUV verified facility, only the wheels and sizes sent in for testing get approved. Vossen typically sends in wheel styles and sizes that are popular in Europe as testing is very expensive. Since the S21-RS was a limited run, they never got verified. In theory, if these were to be tested, they would pass as they are engineered to TUV Standards.

Thank you. Of course, that something is engineered to a particular standard is not an absolute guarantee that it will actually pass but the likelihood is strong.

FEA is vital, particularly in doing the weight vs. strength optimization. Never, however, rely on any one package 100% nor on FEA 100%. Real world testing can produce results that the software can have a hard time imagining. We human beings are funny as we can create situations and stress which may not be anticipated.
