.2 GT3RS vs GT2RS Chassis

I just got done with a track test of the GT2RS and loved the thing, def a different animal to my .2GT3RS and a bit of a handful. It felt like the GT2RS chassis was less stiff than the GT3RS, anyone else feel this? Not sure if it was just me or the added weight of the engine. My feeling is that with a roll bar in back it would likely go away but just wondered if anyone else felt the GT2RS was a little softer in the chassis.

What do you mean by less stiff than the GT3RS?
My understanding is both chassis are the same with the exception of the GT2RS has a lot more power and with this power on a track, the chassis, suspension, tires will behave slightly different.

That could be it, the torque in the 2 is so big that could be just the feel. Under power in the corner as the car transitions I feel a bit, just a bit of flex at the rear. That's something I don't feel in the 3. Again it could be the engine and power that the 3 just doesn't have. I also am at altitude so the difference in power is much more dramatic than at sea level. The Torque alone could be causing the difference in feel but another driver mentioned that the chassis may be different and I was just wondering if that were true. I thought they were the same as well

There is more rear weight bias on the GT2RS than the GT3RS due to the heavier turbo equipments in the back. I think that's the biggest difference to me in terms of on-track behavior.

Yea, I couldn't tell if it was just the dynamics of the difference between the torque and HP or actual chassis differences themselves. Wondering if a roll bar helps this out, (I'm sure it does at least some) and what the GT3R suspension from Manthey Racing may do as well. Thing is a beast

I have not driven a GT2RS yet (and I have rejected 2 offers at my local track for fear of ruining my GT3RS experience, and force me to go shopping again).
Both cars are on the same suspension hardware. The GT2 carries a little extra weight in the front due to water and tank, and a lot more weight in the rear due to IC, turbos, pipes, etc.
Porsche might have done a little tuning on the e-shock controller, but shocks are the same. I have 4 maps for my DSC Sport box, as I was not delighted with the stock maps for the 991.2 GT3RS PASM (Comfort is laggy on rebound, and Sport has too much low speed compression for most of my common tracks).
Extremely tempted by Ohlins and MR-KW...

I suggest you never drive the 2 then, it has me looking all over for one at a reasonable price. It's just never ending...... Yea I have a feeling the Manthey Racing kit for the GT2RS would simply make me cry and hand over my check book, The struggle is real

Isn't this the truth! After I got my GT3 people were looking at me funny when I said I was already shopping for a 3RS less than a month after taking delivery. One person asked, "when does it end?" I said it doesn't.
