Question regarding the delrin piece that gets pressed against a spoke of the wheel during operation. Is this piece removable? I have a set of HRE 501s (mesh wheels) that I would like this tool to work with. Will I be able to remove the delrin piece to customize in hopes that I can get it to work with these rims?

Yes, the white polymer barrel (not delrin) is removable/replaceable.
The HRE501s are a very tough wheel for a torque multiplier application. The spoke gaps are very small, and the spokes themselves are thin (as you approach the OD of the wheel) so those particular wheels really call for a custom reaction arm with the right sizing and distribution of force. If you would like to discuss options please give me a call tomorrow and I can walk through it with you.
