I believe that was after Q2 ... there are 3 qualifying sessions. Aston is on pole.

Pascal Zurlinden said they'd present the updated RSR at the press conference (i.e., earlier today) on a recent Marshall Pruett podcast
Obviously that didn't happen - strange

From John Dagys:
***Porsche has also formally acknowledged the existence of its “brand new” next-generation 911 racing model, dubbed the Porsche 911 RSR-19. A short teaser video showed the car testing at Paul Ricard, while it’s also been spotted at Monza in recent weeks. The car is expected to be formally launched at the Goodwood Festival of Speed next month.

Of course rooting for Porsche, and if they stay out of trouble I think they are the Team to beat, but those damn Corvettes are always a threat. Great Porsche pit management at Sebring! With the new C8 coming is Chevy going to exit with a bang, or go silently in to the night? If nothing else Porsche has the sweetest sounding car....music to the ears! Go Porsche!!

The 911 RSRs in GTE Am have been handed out a 10kg ballast for the race. Aston and Corvette have also been penalized in GTE Pro. But there’s such a game of sandbagging in practice and qualifying that one never knows how each car’s true pace is until race day. In fact teams have an incentive not to look too fast until the race starts.
Too bad that since Porsche withdrew from LMP1 my local dealer doesn’t organize an event to watch the start of the race in company of fellow Porsche fans.

Aston Martin will be rather upset about the BOP adjustment:
Qualify on pole position
Announce commitment to hypercar
Receive unfavorable BOP adjustment (down 3 millibar on turbo throughout rev range) - apparently 12-15 bhp (I don't know if that's peak power, redline, etc.)
Drop like a stone once the race begins
To be fair, Nicki Thiim conceded they were chewing their tires up as well; expect them to be faster at night when it's cooler
As for the Porsches:
91 never seemed to have a good setup - Fred Mako was upset in qualifying
92 is running very well; Laurens has been fuel saving but jumped Daniel Serra's Ferrari on the most recent stop (the Ferrari took 2 left side tires, Porsche no tires); car 92 currently leads
93 is also running very well; Nick Tandy just said the track really favored the 911s and specifically the 93's setup; Bamber just did a pit stop
94 is farther back, but the car has front end damage from Jaminet's first stint and that car has less experienced drivers (Sven Mueller raced in the 94 last year but had two major shunts, one of which led to them withdrawing the car during the race; Jaminet and Dennis Olson are rookies)
