I had 991.1 gt3... the car was awesome, but autoshift boredom one trick pony got tiresome.
The manual gt3 is very entertaining.
i would have a tough time considering trade for RS even if it was straight across.
i do appreciate RS for what it is and has
Manuel is fun on street but RS is a lot more car overall , especially on the track . I owned a Gt3 Pdk and have driven my friends manual . No doubt the manual is awesome but it’s not a RS imo.
Manual is awesome and for a long time was the option that porsche GT owners couldn’t have. And we all know, porsche owners lust after what they can’t have.
With the recent recommit of Porsche to preserving the manual I don’t seeing it being as big a deal as it was say back in 2014-2017. Porsche will make more manual NA GT cars, even more than they did this last batch of 991.2...touring spec included.
A local dealer here and forum member had a sales associate say they couldn’t keep their PDK 991.2 GT3 cars in stock- as the majority of their allocated cars were specced as manual.
