Grigio Telesto is actually beyond metallic. It's a pearl. Slate Gray (the classic version) is nonmetallic. Lucky you. I couldn't get a PTS because of the build date for my GT3 Touring so I went with my original choice of Chalk, which I love and would recommend, but you want PTS so I think Grigio Telesto would be awesome if you could get it.

I would never do orange or yellow normally, but Signal is AWESOME!
Whatever you do, do not get a pts in greys or whites....the point of pts is to be different, not get last generations silver or white, that's lame.
My initial thought was Gulf blue which is in your guidelines. It would be extremely unique for sure. However, because at the end of the day everyone here is a bunch of value trolls, I think Signal Yellow would have the highest demand future value of any pts color.

Mathews are two serious contenders:
- voodoo with satin black wheels and voodoo lip
- grigio with mag wheels
- slate grey
can someone confirm if slate grey Metallic is available on the 991. I believe it might only be nonmetallic

Quite honestly surprised that they opened up a PTS window for the GT3 RS, especially one this late in the game.
I know folks who own two 918 Spyders from new that were turned down.
I was very happy with Lizard Green, even though I used to think of myself as a PTS fiend. Too many "No's" from PAG on my PTS requests resulted in me souring on my PTS goals.
You may remember from an older thread that Brett and I got Chartreuse (226) back onto the PTS approved list for the 991.x generation. My goal was to use it on the GT2 RS. That never happened. Ended up with Chalk, and I love it. Perhaps I'll have more like with the 992's.

As most ppl are suggesting very common PTS colors (all nice BTW) - given you want it to be 'friendly' to the next buyer, I suggest Gulf Blue. Classic and yet different.
Personally, I'd go for something far off the beaten path, especially since this will be one of very few PTS 3RSs....

Brewster green, golf (yes) blue, sport classic grey, or blossom yellow. I know you said no yellow which I would normally agree with, but I saw it this past weekend at Amelia on the 964 RS and it put all other yellows to shame.
