I don't think he was implying it was the OP's car. Just another RB Touring that went up for sale

Your right, this is NOT my car. I was highlighting that this is the only other Riviera Blue GT3 I know of and it happens to be for sale. I do have a commission number and entire build sheet.

He was referring to the $50,000.00 of ADM that other car was commanding, his is new so would probably be higher

Stated another way; He specc'ed it right and the Dealership now wants to shake him out of the deal to realize (steal) an additional $35k by selling it to another.
Recall they would already receive the standard profit at MSRP and his $15k ADM profit, so the level of greed exhibited here is truly astounding.

Does anyone know the email addresses or phone numbers for these people? There seems to be nothing online.

FWIW I live in Bermuda and bought my GT3 Touring in NY. No issue was ever made about the fact I lived overseas even though It was very much in the open that I lived in Bermuda. Was never asked if I was planning to export it, which for similar reasons to Singapore is a no-go to Bermuda anyway.

So sorry to hear about this, I hope it gets resolved. Im guessing it was when you moved delivery from the PEC to the dealer that they realized they had an opportunity to steal it from you. The dealer system in the US is completely broken.

Well I think we all know what’s up w/ the dealership. I am not certain that PCNA or PAG can be of any real benefit in terms of putting pressure on the dealer. I don’t prefer legal action over lesser means, but you have a binding contract in several aspects of the purchase and I believe a letter from a lawyer stating as much and implying litigation would be your best course of action as the dealer owner may stand to lose more in litigation than gain from someone else’s ADM. It is the only language they understand.

sorry to hear about this
though I am not really convinced that money is the motivation here. You paid 15 k ADM and we all know that the market on them is softer now , so probably they night get 20 k above list at best Not sure they are that stupid
My bet is their motivation is fear of export ... Companies have assessed dealers hefty penalty for car exported out of the country , even if the dealer was not directly responsible...
one case brought to my attention : dealer sold AMG car to a person and buyer signed no export agreement ... buyer traded car for another car 6 months later.. the other dealer dumped the car at auction , and the car was bought and exported .. first dealer was penalized 15 k and they could not fight it ..
my understanding that this is done to protect dealers in other countries ..
I don't know PCNA policy/punishment to dealers regarding export but this might be the culprit
Your SA was aware of your situation but probably never mentioned to GM till recently,
GL with this matter

I would file suit immediately and ask for an injunction preventing them from selling the car until your case is heard. I would also remind them that you will be asking the court to have them pay all your legal fees once you win the case. I would do this all on principle, regardless of the cost.

I completely agree. Fight fire with fire. See if you can get a free consultation with a lawyer and what a letter of intent sent to the dealership would cost - it may be surprisingly affordable and at the end of the day it all depends on how hard you want to fight for the principle and your dream car.

Jeez, this is horrible. Clearly, they didn't honor the deal because they wanted to sell the car for more money. It just shows that they care more about money than customers and integrity. I hope everything works out and you ultimately get the car for the agreed upon price. Keep trying different contacts at PCNA and don't give up! Best of luck my friend!

I think your right. I have no other choice. This happened on Monday Morning and I have exhausted every option in terms of communicating with Porsche directly and no one has replied other than my Porsche Exclusive consultant who said he would do everything he can to get the story in front of the right people.
