Did not want it (because I thought it would break with time — too much Range Rover/Jag air suspension experience), but order it and I am happy I have it. Car is still way too low and the rear diffuser fins scrape so you do this dance where you FAL up traverse obstacle FAL down before the rear crosses obstacle.

I've had one with and one without FAL. It's convenient but not a must have in my book. My driveway is pretty flat though.

No FAL on my gt4 and never had a problem.

Ordered it after posting a similar question as you. Seems the consensus is it will be used,

My GT4 wasn't as bad as the GT3. I'm glad my car has it. I could swear this GT3 with the front end at full lift is just about where the GTS (with SPASM I just sold) was hgt wise. It might be a bit higher but not much.

I was a FAL deny-er. Usually left it off my builds for allocations that never came.

FAL was spec'd on my used 991.1 GT3, and I use it ALL the time. And in the rare occasions that I forgot, I usually scraped. And I am no stranger to low cars.

I am now a FAL believer.

Have it and use it but probably would not miss it if I didn’t.

Same. 991.2 gt3. Weekend/fun car. Have it but don’t use it much or at all but also don’t drive the car for any practial reasons (groceries, meetings, etc).

If you drive the car in new places outside of your typical comfort zone routes, you will run into an unexpected dip, speed bump etc. where you can't just turn around and go another way. The FAL will bail you out, making driving the car much more enjoyable and stress free.

I would have ordered it, but with a 1 inch lift, would not impact my daily challenges. (and I daily drive all of my cars).

I also did not care for the added 20 pounds and another thing to break. I'm just going to buy and extra lip and replace every now and again.

My Mclaren would lift about 3 inches with it's FAL. If Porsche could do that, I would have optioned it...

Use it all the time. Steep driveways, promarluly. My 2RS sits on a single post lift — hard to get in and out of the car w/out it. Door raises just enough to pass over 2 support brackets.
